Also please read this important message by Guruji to know how to stay consistent during the challenge👇🏾

“When we indulge in too much activity in the mind we don’t trust that we have done enough. Our expectations of ourselves are higher than our ability at the moment. That creates a kind of disappointment. At these times great stillness is needed to counter the mental activity and just laugh at our expectations and be kind and patient with ourselves

Be willing to invest time and stillness to fully allow self-evaluation without judgment. We can never do better than our best and whatever we can do is fine as long as we are making progress

Be the consistent kachua 🐢 rather than the distracted 🐰”

The Challenge is designed as a 4-day cycle. You practice one asana per day for 4 days and take one day break before starting the next set of 4 Asanas.

During our periods, the body uses a lot of energy and other resources to heal and rejuvenate the body. So during this time, we recommend that you relax and take a rest. Don’t do any Asana practice and just stick to meditation.

You can use this time to relax and contemplate on your learnings and also catch up on the ‘must watch playlist’ (https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLzozqrRodIkGCEX_IvT2kV2TYCpV4M1Tz&si=a0zXZVhBklvCpe2Q

Once your periods are over, you resume the practice from where you left off. If you stopped on Day 8, you can resume from Day 9 after your periods.

No. Please take rest and allow your body to heal. Your body requires the energy it has to heal itself. Even if you have a fever, cough, or cold, rest until you heal completely, and then resume the challenge.

Here is the playlist of ‘Must Watch Videos’ curated by Guruji for you. These videos are important as they lay the foundation for your spiritual growth.

Watch these videos on your break days, make notes, and implement the lessons. Report your learnings from the ‘Must Watch’ playlist in the group.

You can watch the videos in any order and you can watch how many videos in a day. Pick anything that catches your interest and start watching them.

You can find the playlist in the WhatsApp group description

Starting tomorrow, fix a time convenient for you to practice and stick to it.

But we recommend that you do your practice in the morning as it will help you build the high energy needed for you to accomplish all your goals for the day.

Also, we recommend doing the practice on an open terrace or balcony if possible, as it will help you catch the morning sun rays that are needed for your hormonal health and it also improves the quality of your learning.

The practices are secret and are not to be seen by anyone outside of Siddha Lineage.

Absolutely. It is necessary to follow Devi Maryadas strictly until you complete the 64-Day Challenge. If you stop following Devi Maryadas, then your body’s hormonal balance will get disrupted and you’ll lose all motivation to do the challenge consistently.

But if you follow strictly, you will be able to focus better, stay motivated, and learn faster.

You can practice even after you’ve had food, after a gap of 15 minutes after a light snack, and 30 minutes after a meal.

You can. However, please listen to your body and allow it to tell you how much energy it has. Repeat the session only if you have the energy for it.

Don’t mix different Adharas. If the asana you want to repeat belongs to the same Adhara that you are currently doing then you can repeat it.
