One Recorded lesson by Guruji is to be watched in your own time, and 4 recorded sessions are streamed live during 6 AM IST sessions facilitated by an Acharya from the Gurukulam.

The recordings of these live-streamed sessions with Acharya will also be made available at 12 PM IST.

There are no diet or fasting restrictions for this course. Both non-vegetarians and vegetarians can do the course.

Women can practice this course even on their periods or if they are undergoing pregnancy.
